![]() When I click on the internal network, there are options: like configure IP address, configure DNS, configure proxy, but it doesn't seem to make sense to me either. I am really stuck because I never have any other choices or options to select. Then, the application tells me that my attempt has failed.That's why I tried the reset button on the camera and made sure everything I was using was up to date. Then I see on my cell phone that this network is selected, but the wifi icon remains orange with an exclamation point, and the mention, no internet connection. The first step is undoubtedly to forward ports, specifically port 0 (both UDP and TCP). However, I remember that I had no trouble at all. Ever since Lorex switched their app from Lorex secure to Lorex Cirrus, Ive encountered so many connectivity issues, but after hours and hours and hours of trying to fix it today, I was able to troubleshoot and diagnose the issue.
